Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
walking paths around the golf course. Biggest problem is the office and maint. staff. A minus 5 on trying to get anything fixed or replaced. Had a leak at the baseboard in my living room since APRIL! Carpet soaked every time we have a down pour. I've been blotting with towels, using MY Shop Vac and fans to get it dry and not mold. Been promised the moon and NOTHING has been done. If the staff could be replaced with people who actually cared about their jobs, I would be satisfied with the place.
