First off The front gate was broken for at least 4 days. What do you know 2 days later at 10:45am my apartment was broken into (kicked the dead bolted door open). Luckily I was there to scare the guy off. We confronted the apartment about the attempted burglary and they could care less. Yes, I realize it could happen anywhere. However, their only reaction was We suggest getting renters insures . Supposedly we have a courtesy officer where was he/she'

Secondly, my Wife and I had the worst move in experience ever. They morning I showed up with the movers the apt was not even ready. As we were walking in the carpet cleaning guy was walking out. We were welcomed with wet carpet the morning of our move in day. Also, to our surprise the bath room was filthy. Our counters had what appeared to be dried up urine on them (although I m sure it was just dried rusty water). The same went for our tub and toilet. The kitchen counters were nasty as well. You could see where they just wiped through the middle. We had to call them in again to come reclean it. I wrote a letter to corporate and never got an email or phone call for even at least an apology.

Oh and during the summer every Friday and Saturday night the restaurant across the creek has live country bands that play outside until 10 or 11pm. Luckily I don t work weekends. However, if you do, it s something to think about. No Sleep.

i agree with you my bf lives there and the management is awful! the first day he was suppose to move there the "new girl" did not even know where it was! we asked her for the managers number and she said she did not know it! b.s! my mom asked her what is she going to do if she needed help and she responded by saying calling 911! awful! NEVER GET THIS APARTMENT!
