When I first moved in I really enjoyed my little place, then a few months later I started to notice I wasn't the only one who enjoyed it. The apartment offers weekly bug spraying which helps for the most part, but not when you have roaches that travel through the pipes. I now have to keep all my drains plugged while not using them to make sure no creepy guests get in.
Also, I have called and left messages for the staff about 4 times asking for calls back and never recieve them. I end up having to take my breaks at work to call and actually get someone on the phone if I want to get something done, and last time I talked to someone about the birds in my closet attic (I have dried bird poop falling onto my closet floor and clothes)nothing was done about it. Then when they had to replace the fire sprinklers the guys who worked in my place left their mess in my apartment, and also some sunflower seeds.
My lease isn't up for another 5 months but today I'm starting to look elsewhere. You should do the same.
