These apartments definitely has its pros and cons. The office staff, as a whole, aren't that great, but there's about 1 lady who I knew would take care of stuff. But every time I would go into the office...the staff would ALWAYS have visitors and you could tell it wasn't for business purposes. Maintenance is alright. We had a few complaints...they would half-a** the job so we asked them to come out about 3 or 4 times. Finally we wrote an email to the manager, stating they better FIX the problem instead of patching it up. Also, we could tell the apartment was not cleaned prior to us moving in. The bathrooms had scum in the sink and showers, hair on the floor. We even found dishes in our dishwasher on the day we moved in! If you have pets...be sure to get some kind of flea ointment for them. I have a dog and NEVER had flea problems with him until we moved here. Some apartments don't spray their grounds...so I'm assuming they don't spray. But overall...the apartments are ok. I felts safe, parking is good, noise depends on your neighbors but walls are pretty thin. I would always see maintenance out in the morning picking up trash, so atleast they tried to keep the grounds clean. I would recommend living here if you don't mind putting up with a few problems.
