Good for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This has been a great place to live for the price. However, its starting to look a little rough. The office is usually very wonderful to deal with but not willing to lend a helping hand as much as they should. The complex has a foundation that is tilting but they are holding up better than most apartments considering being built almost 20 years ago. The walls are a little thin and do NOT live on the backside by Hwy 35 if you want to enjoy quiet time on your patio. The grounds are kept clean and the pool is taken good care of. The workout area is small and there is not much diversity in equipment. They run good specials but keep an eye on getting things fixed. You might have to stay on top of that.
