its BS - this is just another apartment complex down the street trying to make this place look bad, when infact it is much better then anything you will find at this price, I have lived here for 3 years and nothing bad has happened yet!!!

I'm a manager at another property in Fort Worth and I know the staff......THEY ARE AWESOME! I have 1 bad comment on the community I manage too. IT WAS A RESIDENT THAT WOULD NOT CLEAN THEIR PATIO AFTER REPEATED WARNINGS. NEEDLESS TO SAY...SHE'S GONE! By the looks of Santa Fe it's obvious that they take care very good care of their residents.

I agree with others that the person posting the bad review could not live here, I have never seen any type of insect in my apartment. I guess a person who lives like a pig could have insect problems!!!

This is a wonderful Community. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner. Can we SAY FANTASTIC STAFF?!?!?!?! I've had a couple of small issues that have occurred that IMMEDIATELY fixed. Didn't have to wait months for repairs like some places. I have never seen insects in my place. As far as noise.. I live by the freeway, It's to be expected. Quiet neighbors, great landscaping, great value on rent. Still a great place to call home.
