I really don't understand what this comment is suppose to mean. I have lived here since 1993 and I have no problems with the office, maintenance, or the apartment itself. Hey did you know that they won the 2005 PROPERTY OF THE YEAR!

Information on any resident is kept CONFIDENTIAL! Information can't be sold to anyone. Owner's of the property wouldn't need anyone's information for any purpose, that doesn't make any sense. I am not sure as to what the above is referring to.

I guess I can clarify this a little. I am not a resident of Santa Fe, however, I did have a couple of complexes send flyers out to my current residency. Now, if CARROT was identified by name and not as resident or occupant, then, yes, there is a privacy and confidentiality issue that has been breached. If that is the case, then I would start doing some research as to where the information was obtained.
