I've lived at Santa Fe 1 year in September. The Staff has done what they could for me. Had domestic violence above me for some time, eventually they had them moveout with a friendly request. They have my work orders fixed as soon as they can. They've had the pest control over out of the ordinary appointment because of my own misunderstanding. They deal with people who live here and do immature things, like hitting the gates (300$ - 500$ repair) over and over. They also have residents that keep everything dirty like drinking and not cleaning up after themselves by the pool or in the parking lot. They deal with people with pets that do not pick up after their pets.
The people who live in your apartment are truly the people who make your apartment look and feel great. I am a pet owner and I do pick up after my pets 100% of the time. I do my part and pick up trash when I can and I wish everyone would do just a little bit more out of their way. Love where you live and it will shine through the community. As far as the property, the staff here put up with a lot yet, they've always smiled when I've seen them and the maintenance guys are Outstanding, I especially appreciate George. The only down fall about this place I feel is the never-ending pet feces pick up issue. But, then again, who can you blame'
Water is included in the rent and the rent is the cheapest I've found. Plus, when I moved in, I had a great special of like 200$ move in and a discounted rent for the first month. You can't beat that. The airconditions are near the bedroom windows which are not that great. But, you do get used to them. Patio areas are surrounded by a high fence, feels secure. Great interior color with dining spot light.
