good and bad From: nikto99 Date posted: 6/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   These apartments are nice and the location is good. However they seem to put lots of bad tenants here. People sit outside drinking beer every single day and shooting air guns. Some people bought a picnic table and set it under my window(not theirs..how ironic) and now half the people on my side of the complex congregate under my bedroom window day and night. Lots of loud drunk people even at 4 and 5 am. It really sux, and if they would let me break my lease i would. I have 10 months of this hell left. Life sux. I cant believe that management will let them do this. I have a party going on 10 feet from where i sleep and it goes on almost daily. Very very unhappy.
