not great but not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The apartments are fairly clean and other than air conditioning problems we have not had a major maintenance issue. Some residents are awful and just rude. There are some nice normal people but there is a majority of bad people here. There are residents who have been here for a decade and they think they own the place and there is nothing you can do about it. Last summer during the middle of the night all of the tailgates on the trucks parked in the lot were taken. Whether it was a prank or not it is still not the kind of place you want to live in. As soon as I can I am running far away. If you are used to a new nice apartment complex but you are looking to save some money don't stay where you are. Crime isn't bad but there is a good bit of it. They are good for the price but I wouldn't lease here again.
