When I first contacted The Haven to inquire about leasing here, I was greeted by the Apartment Manager. She was very sweet and professional. I was impressed. However, I was not impressed with the --------- that showed my the model. She was an absolute -----. I still moved in regardless because of the cool floor plans, great amenities, and good price. They have since gotten rid of two terrible staff members and now have a great team! The maintenance staff is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the office.

The apartments are really nice and it is pretty quiet. No hood rats here. Great clubhouse, good fitness room, and a fun coffee/hot chocolate machine.

-------------------------------- and The Maintenance guys are great. You guys rock!

FYI - naming people personally (with or without bleeped out profanity) is in breach of the user agreement that you signed when registering to post your comments. Also you may want to research the definition of defamation, libel and slander of a person and or a persons character. Not only is it uncalled for, rude and very unprofessional but it can land you in some serious hot water legally if the person so chose to pursue it.

I have lived at the Heaven and since ------- (property manager) is now back at the sister property next door "Indigo Pointe" Has Way much better office staff. Yes, they are always busy, but they never turn their back on you and they really got it together as a team. They will remember your name, Make you coffee, and EVERYONE is there to help, maintenance will get my packages and even answer the phones. I had to move back, because sometimes the newness is not everything offered, quality of the product is everything in my opinion and ------- does an excellent job with keeping a 3 year old property at its newest, especially with keeping and excellent running staff. Thumbs up! I would fallow to her property any time.

LOL! Dear Miss Anonymous FYI, Please get a life and stop aspiring to be a drugstore lawyer. All you have to do is get off the apartment ratings website, get out there and try to find you a job where you belong, in a dead end job somewhwere trying to talk gangstas into moving into your low rent property. Please move on and get a life instead of threatening others in a horribly lame attempt.
