Good for the rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002   These apartments are in a great neighborhood. They are low cost and kept up well. Very low crime rate. Next to wooded area. Close to Westover Hills (very rich & exclusive neighborhood.) I have lived there since 1997. Never had any problems. Service is almost immediate.
