DO NOT LIVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005   I lived in this complex for almost 8 years. My apt flooded 18 times. The mold was rampant and due to health issues, I had to move. Maintenance is slow and they band-aid everything instead of repairing it properly. The carpet was cheap and the carpet company would come out and tear it up...dry out the padding and then just place the carpet back when it was dry. It was never replaced properly and always was caught in my vaccum. When I reported this, they blamed it on pets even though you could lift the carpet with their hands. The "new" remodelling is to drive up prices and is done cheaply. BEWARE!
