This place is the best. I've lived here for almost 3 yrs and love it! The area is nice and quite very peaceful. If I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately. Everyone that lives here and works here are extremely friendly and low key. I've only had one issue with a neighbor that lived here for maybe 6 months that was extremely rude to everyone including the mailman but moved out (finally and thank God) and we now all live in 100% peace. I'm sure that the review from 4/07 was from her but good riddins! You will not find a better place to live!

No I could not have been your neighbor and I posted 04/2007. If you could spell and read, I said I lived there for 8 years NOT 6 months. I am glad you are happy. Obviously you did not live in my mold rampant building. Wait until you go through over 10 manager changes, failed promises, shotty maintenance, and inadequate security issues. You will I promise. You will feel the same way.

Well you've pretty much proved yourself as being RUDE (please check spelling). And...just because I lived there for 3 yrs. doesn't mean that I was in the same apartment the entire time. So you could've been my neighbor. The only mold issue that neighbors talked about was not due to property issues, it was a lack of "cleanliness" on your or "their" part. And, why would anyone live at a place for 8 YEARS if they had so many problems with maintenance/office? Sounds stupid to me.
