It's okay for the price...but other than that. I like it but then it does have a lot of negative's so I'll just hit the high points. My room is poorly insulated so its freezing in there when its cold and during the summer the a/c is running almost constantly. I suspect funny business with the electricity..I think the bills are altered. I've talked with neighbors who have the same size apartment same amount of occupants and their bills were just getting 20 dollars higher every month. No one's doing anything different, but then when it was brought up to management the bill suddenly dropped by 40-60 dollars! Make sure you keep records well, you will need to. They're constantly leaving notices telling you that you owe money for this or that and then they realize they "made a mistake" after you show them receipts. And Yes, the walls are very, very, thin. I can hear the neighbors beside me peeing in the morning...and i know exactly what time the guy upstairs gets up because I can hear his bathroom fan on. My room mate actually heard the neighbor from his side vomitting one morning, he said he almost got sick. Oh wait, the neighbor from upstairs has just gone in to the kitchen and now back to bed. and finally if you work the night shift and are a day sleeper, don't live here...Tuesday's 7am dumpster, weed eating and lawn maintenance 9 am friday's.

Maybe if you asked them to put some of that rubber stuff at your doors and windows you wouldn't be freezing and your a/c wouldn't run constantly and your electric bills wouldn't go up and down (although that is a norm the way the weather seems to for some reason change from season to season, then you could pay your bills on time and not receive notes. I've received one note because I always pay time and the only mistake was me paying at the same time that the note was being delivered. If you receive "numerous" notes you must not pay your bills on time, but I guess we "ALL" make mistakes right? And, you're right everyone should always keep records of bills that get paid, because even the folks at the bank who collect my car payment every month can make "mistakes" because it's happened to me. I might suggest, if you don't want to hear your neighbors peeing and the garbage collector in the morning during their daytime "work shift" maybe you should buy a house. You'll probably still hear the garbage truck because no matter where you live garbage people don't come at midnight. But then again...if you can't pay your rent on time, you probably wouldn't be able to pay your mortgage on time either.
