NO!! NO!! NO!! BIG MISTAKE U WILL REGRET MAKING!!!!!! From: jdturner623@yahoo.com Date posted: 1/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   O.M.G. I HATED THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION!! I should of know better because all u need is $50 total to move in. the apartment was was not in the best shape. they did not put in my new carpet like they promised so, i ended up cleaning it my self and they took it off my rent. never replaced my blinds with new ones,the celing had water damage from the a-c unit. one or two ives worked on the stove i left them a long list of stuff to be fixed on my apartment, they said they would fix it had to make serval trips down to the office to see what was the hold up,they made up a sorry ass excuse saying their supply office was damaged due to hurricane katrina so the coulnt get thing's deliverd to them.the apartment's are AIR HOLES! the are not insulated good causing air to seep through the windows, which causes your air/heater to work harder. making your electric bill higher. The leasing agent "CARLOTTE"!!!! got bumped up to manageR, RUDE ASS -----!!! didint give a damm about your concerns. i had to call code compliance soo many times I am shocked the havent close them down because the wont do nutting for the residents,as far as maintaince. the big fat maintance man "WAYNE"!! DOSENT DO A DAMM THING!!! he's the only one in the apt. complex. just sit's in the office and drive through the apt. complex 50 times a day.If u have kids dont live upstairs,VERY DANGEROUS the bars out of the starwell's are missing, your kids could fall right through and hit the ground,LAW-SUIT CITY! I reported that too! They said the couldnt weld any thing because of the "burn ban",YEA RIGHT! I got out of my lease, and got the heck outta dodge!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT MOVE HERE, UNLESS THIS IS LAST CHOICE OUT OFF ALL OF THE APARTMENT'S IN FORT WORTH!!!!!!
