Not bad to start, but you can do better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Nice complex, decent rent, but quality of management and fellow residents has decreased remarkably in the last year. Property started out neat and clean, but now lots of litter and trash. There have been a greater number of random people wandering the property (gates are rarely working or closed), more vandalism in the last few months. I had no maintenance problems. Rent was reasonable until I wanted to stay month-to-month after my lease expired--almost $100 more due to "corporate policy".
