That's my advice to anyone even CONSIDERING this place. I've dealt with rude office staff at other apartments, but these people make them look like Mary Poppins. I have never had to deal with that amount of bull in my life. I think "it's company policy" is the only sentence they know...even if TAA guidelines say something completely different from "company policy." These people are SHADY.
I got out of my lease before I even moved in, thank god. I could not imagine a year of having to deal with these people. If you want your apartment to be a constant headache, by all means, give it a shot. But if you want to be part of a community that actually cares about its residence, don't walk through the doors of the leasing office. Turn around and RUN AWAY. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
