Under no circumstances should you even think about living in this complex. You will regret it the moment you sign that lease.

I just moved in two days ago and have not seen any reason why I shouldn't have signed my lease yet. I haven't seen any critters as reported in other posts, nor have I seen any trash strewn about, broken gates, or suspicious looking people wondering around. So far I am liking my new home. A couple of days is not much time to observe, but so far we are happy. I will be sure and update once we've been here a lil longer.
