Slowly going down hill

The apartment complex was very nice to begin with. I ended up with the secondary bedroom, but since we're on the second floor I get a little extension which makes it larger than the master bedroom. Also, after just a bit of a problem at first, we have no parties and very rarely have an idiot bassing past 10pm. The maintnence is very prompt and I've never had to wait loner than 24 hours for anything to be fixed. management is all smiles and will help you as soon as they can. They seem a lil booked sometimes but nothing to cry about. They are also fairly lenient on paying rent. So long as you drop it in the box before they open on the 4th of the month you are not late. All in all, for now, a nice place.
However, I have noticed the place is slowly dying. I have noticed there are more and more breakins to cars and apartments. We are starting to get more and more gheto looking folks. The quality of people, ergo their dress, speach and vehicles, has declined quite a bit. I found out just today the the vanderbilt now accepts section 8 housing. If you don't know what this means, it means things are going to deteriorate. Also, parking is becoming slowly worse. The number of apartments hasn't changed, but in the last four months the number of free parking spaces has. There is more and more litter about and more and more people are leaving their pet droppings where they fall. So, to make a long story short, I would recomend against moving here now.

Sounds like if you are racial then you wouldn't move any where in the DFW area.
