I lived here for 1 year. the first half of my term was fine, no problems. The second half was horrible. my car got broken into and the mail room was broken into 2 times in 2 months. Every other week there is a note on my door saying that there was a crime somewhere in the complex. not to mention the water problems that i had. first the water was cold(no hot water at all). i called the office they came in and "fixed it". wrong! the water was boiling(no cold water at all). the next day they came in and tore up all the tile in my shower. the next day they came in and did what they called repairing the tile. it looked like crap, i think i could have done this better. But the girls in the office are super super nice.

Sounds like you should have reported the poor work to the manager. By the way nice language.
