Sorry fella, but the management was correct. You obviously were in violation of your lease, and I'm sure a nuiscence to your neighbors whether it be trash, noise complaints, or using a parking space that is not yours. Apartment managers don't go looking for people to evict. I wonder how many times you were late on your rent? The apartments don't want vacant apartments, so you had to have been a bad resident for them to make this decision.

I don't recall asking for an opinion or editorial in my review. Your response would certainly indicate to me that you are quite the pathetic loser who trolls the apartment ratings website to dispute other posters comments. Get a life and a real job -------.

He's right. I've lived here for going on 8 months now, paid rent on time, never done anyone wrong. Honestly, the place is a ---- hole. The problem isn't necessarily with the tennants, but with the management. They opened it up for section 8 housing a while back, and let in the riff raff. Since then, the place went downhill. I also find it rediculous that I pay hundreds more for the same unit some welfare turd is getting for like $50.
The maintenance staff are friendly people, and they usually come out and fix things for us within a reasonable amount of time. I don't have a problem with them. I know they're overworked right now anyway, since the new management fired most of the existing staff to save money.
Can't wait to move once the lease is up. Moving to the Vanderbilt apts. was a mistake. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

Funny! The apartments do accept Section 8! But how odd. It is the best looking property in the area. Makes you think? My neighbor is on Sec 8 and had to make alot of money like me to live here. It is not a free ride!!!

well, i just moved in to these apartments and i love it!!! i know that there are no such people that live here that are sex offenders. they look up all of that stuff when you turn in your application. and it says that you wont be approved if you are. as for thieves and junkies, well you get that no matter where you go nowadays. the world is full of it, so there is no escaping that.
as for the staff, they are very friendly. they try to make sure that you pick the perfect apartment to fit your needs. they were extremely accommodating for me and my daughter. they are constantly doing different things to get everyone to come together as an actual community. i have heard nothing but good things coming from all the people that live here, especially since they got a new manager. i have heard that she is one of a kind and has definitely made a positive impact. i dont have any regrets in choosing the vanderbilt apartments as my new home!!!
