If you like dishonest management, bad plumbing, maintenance men who play airsoft tag next to your back doors and being charged for degrading building maintenance as your fault then this is your palace. The buildings and setting is not bad at all, but make sure you open doors and check behind cabinets before you sign anything. My 10 year old POS car was broken into for a 70 dollar radio. My experience wasn't bad until I decided not to renew my contract, then they made up for it. If you have good security awareness then this wouldn't be too much of a problem.
