I have lived in the Vanderbilt Apt. Court Apt. complex since moving here from NY in 2002. It is clean, quiet and well run. The current management team is the best we've had since I've been here ( I'm writing this in February of 2008 ) and is headed by Ms. F. Radabaugh. The Grounds crew is excellent and well established. They are very customer service focused and take care of problems immediately. The office staff is among the best I've seen in any business. They are a crew of young ladies who are bright, quick, friendly and know how to conduct business and be pleasant doing so. It is a true pleasure to live here and have these people at the helm.
