Vanderbilt Apartments

From: MorethanSatisfied Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008   I have resided at the Vanderbilt for close to 5 years. Hadn't intended for it to be so long, but....There have been changes as within any community, but fortunately the changes just keep getting better. There is consistency in the staff that provides a comforting feeling when you see the office personnel, housekeeping,grounds keepers,maintenance personnel. The management has excelled since I've been there and has really made efforts to bring the residences together as a community of pride and respect. Single activities, family and children together and separately. They even have provided babysitting for families to allow the parents an evening out for a couple of hours. During a time that my daughter and grand kids needed a place to stay, I recommended the Vanderbilt and they, too, resided there during that time. It seems the "door is always open" to new ideas, suggestions. As a licensed Realtor, selling homes to people is my profession, but there are various reasons why sometimes a single family home is not the answer, and when that is the case, I have and will continue to recommnend the Vanderbilt Apartments as an alternative.
