The recent changes have not brought about good changes. The office staff is young and a bit too playful and immature for me, and although they may have experience, they sure don't act like it. I have had maintance come to by door twice, stating that they had a workorder for me. I never requested any work to be done. Either they are getting it wrong in the office, or trying to come up with an excuse to get into my apartment.

This month, vacate notices were being handed out by the maintance staff and taped to the outside of residence doors. I could have sworn this was against the law, but sure nough there was a vacate notice taped on the outside of a door for the whole world to see.

And how come the only black person with this staff is the housekeeper' lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Granted the office staff may have been immature, I am sure they knew what they were doing. Being a former resident there for almost 4 years will tell you that the maintenance team including the HOUSEKEEPER are ALL long term employees of the Vanderbilt. You should feel proud.
