Seriously! I moved in with a roomate and to begin with, they told us that our apartment was on the first floor and did not have a fireplace, which is exactly what we wanted. Come move-in day our apartment turned out to be on the 2nd floor and had a fireplace. There was nothing we could do so we moved in. The management apologized and gave us 3 $100 vouchers to use on our rent! Every month for 4 months (we turned in our rent on time) we were given a notice about how we didn't pay enough money and how they didn't recevie one check or the other. When we would call each time, it would get resolved, but it was still a pain in the butt. We were told upon signing our lease that water was a flat rate of $30 per month. Upon going to the office to ask another question, we were told that the water company had changed and we were supposed to be paying our bill that we were receiving instead of the flat rate. We were never notified! When we first moved in, I was given 5 broken gate openers (one after the other after I came back to get a working one) and it took over a months to get one that worked.
