I moved here in the summer of 2004 and everything seemed great. The management staff was responsive and I was really starting to enjoy the place. Over time, the staff changed completely. My electrical outlets in the bedroom quit working because the breaker continued to switch off. After 5 complaints, the problem was not resolved. I even requested an electrician to see if the circuits were being overloaded, but that fell on deaf ears. I would think twice before moving here. I have lived in 5 other apartment complexes and never had the problems I encountered with the staff here.

This person did not have any electrical problems. The new resident has moved into the apartment home and has not complained of any problems. The person who wrote the above also broke his lease to purchase a home and was upset because he was penalized for that. He ended up paying all monies owed.

Having dealt with managment I am going to believe the tennant. I have never had to deal with such a horrible person as the manager. She is rude, threatening in her tone, manner, demeaner and loves to yell at you on the phone then HANG up on you. Managment is the problem.

Wow, I was a potential tenant but after reading psmimmo's response it seems what is said about managment is true....any time "someone" would respond to a tenant's complaint by divulging seemingly private information speeks loud and clear!
