Nice but don't expect a return deposit

I enjoyed these apartments for the 6 months I lived there. Very pet friendly, until the return deposit check arrived. When I moved in I paid a huge pet deposit but was not told that half was a pet FEE. Make sure you know that half the deposit is a fee and the other half WILL BE used to shampoo the carpet. And don't expect the employees to be too helpful but rather condescending and uninterested.
