It's a nice place to live. I've been living here for 9 months and I had no complaints or problems with maintenance or management & staff. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have seen new staff come and some old go but they still have good customer service and the apartments are nice and well maintained. When I first moved in though, the apartment smelled badly from someone who smoked in here prior to us moving here and it took some time for the smell to go away. I wish we would have been told that there was a resident who smoked who lived here before or we should have asked because the smell was bad for somebody who doesn't smoke and who had a 6 month old baby, we had to buy an air filter to help and burn candles and plug-ins. The staff did send out the carpet cleaning crew and they brought a filter too and staff would follow up to see how the smell was until it was gone. There was also a problem earlier this year w/ the trash dumpster deal that broke and it was just crazy because even though they put tape around the dumpster people would still put the trash around there and that didn't help the issue because we were told to dump the trash at another dumpster but the whole broken dumpster issue took a couple of weeks too long. But overall, everything is cool here. It's nice and the residents are friendly too.
