I live at the Verandas at City View. I am VERY satisfied with the managment and staff. They are always easy to get in touch with and willing to help with whatever problems that arise. I have lived in several different places in this country. The Verandas well exceeds any other place I have lived. They did have a problem with the swimming pool. We do use it daily, and have had NO problems. So it was an inconvenience, but I do feel like the management was doing all they could to get it fixed.

I am concerned since you said you use the pool daily because some of the children caught some diseases from that pool, including bacterial gastro diseases and viral skin disease. The good news is that the public health department is now aware of the problem, but there may still be several residents with problems and are not aware that they caught them from the pool. If that pool is not crystal clear then you should not get in and should call the public health department immediately??? and management failed their residents by not closing and locking those gates to stop the spread of disease until the problem was resolved. The manager was notified of the problem weeks before the public health department shut it down. If you have any symptoms such as diarrhea, warts or an itchy red dot like skin rash in the genital area, please do not get in the pool and contact the public health department.
