Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Our apartment was not ready on the day we were to move in...and it was not cleaned properly either - it took 3 days to get it cleaned. It took 4 weeks to get a broken burner replaced for the stove.
Pool maintenance is horrible - water turns green after one weekend of use.
After-hours security is non-existant - have had to call police due to noise from residents at 3 am on 3 separate occasions.
This is a gated community with a gate that is ALWAYS open - might as well not be gated.
