Nice Apts... Shady Office Staff

The apartments itself are great. It's very nice, clean modern apartments. But the staff has a lot to do with the apartments too and so far they have been very shady. I cant seem to get a straight answer about things. We came to look at the exact apt we would be getting... then she wrote some things down on a paper and we took it with us... I noticed it had a diff. apt number than what we looked at so we called and they said they just wrote down the wrong apt. number. So when we went to pay the lady said 'oh well actually we showed you the wrong apt. It looks just like that one, just a mirrored image.' So we asked if we could see that apt. and she said well they havent moved out yet. How can you show someone the WRONG apt. if they havent even moved out yet!' And I specifically asked her if there were any more apts. with the same efficiency that were available and she told me no. So that ended up being 2 weeks before we could see the actual apt. Now it seems like everytime we owe something.. more money is charged to it and she gets all confused and says she doesnt know what happened or why she wrote a certain amount down. So always get ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they say in writting or they will rip you off. So far we've over paid $70. I will be more careful next time I have to deal with them about money. But overall I love the apts. The showers are kind of annoying because you have these huge garden showers and then the water trickles out of the shower... leaving you cold and it takes longer to get clean. Anyway, this is my review. Thanks for reading!

I dealt with the same thing with the office staff! I would ask a question and NEVER get a straight answer! See my review to see what I dealt with in the six months that I have lived here... VERY unnorganized office staff.. :(
