Nice apartments bad managment

The Verandas offers nice apartments in a good area at a competitive price. However, the managment and all office staff are difficult to deal with. Seldom do maintenance issues get tended to with 1 simple request or even with multiple requests. All office staff seems to be on different pages and there is miscommunication between them leaving the residents with no concrete answers for any problems. I have lived in two different apartments in the complex and both times the apartments were not cleaned properly upon move in and subsequent repair requests had to be made to get initial issues fixed.
