Awful Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   This apartment complex has awful management. I live there now and have for 2 years. The manager is rude and the staff does not know anything about renting apartments, pricing, cleaning carpets, etc. They are constantly misplacing our packages too. The gate clickers rarely work and the pool was nasty most of last summer. Work repairs do not get done unless you write the request and call a million times. They say they enforce things that they don't and do not take care of concerns. The management is inconsistent and the Parent Company should consider hiring all new employees that have customer relations experience because the people who work there now clearly have none. I would never recommend this apartment. I have put up with it for 2 1/2 years thus far and will be moving out at the end of this lease to go to an apartment that better serves their tenants and focuses more on customer retention.
