Verandas at Cityview

lived here for awhile now...the real deal! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived at The Verandas for awhile now and I have to say that I am very happy with the service that I have received here. I am not saying that it has been a joy ride, because with any apartment you will have some issues. But I have been very impressed with the customer service that I have received here. I had a great move in experience. I worked with a girl named Jessica who is now the Assistant Manager. She really took care of me and I had a great move in experience. One of the leasing agents took me to my apartment and even showed me where the breaker box was. Since then it has been great as well. There was an issue last year with the pool, I called the Manager and she said that the pump was broken and that they had ordered a new one and that it should be in within a week or so. I spoke with some of the residents and they were mad, but come on..I mean once you get a pump you still have to get the water back to a sanitary condition. So in all it took about 2 weeks and I think that is pretty good compared to most apt complexes. I've lived in several in the Cityview area and they take SO LONG to take care of maintenance issues! The maintenance staff here is SO AWESOME! They are on top of things...I have never had a work order that took more than 48 hours to complete and to me that's huge! THe last complex I lived at I put in a work order when I moved in, I lived there for 6 months and they never took care of it! So I am extremely grateful to have stuff taken care of within such a short time. And the other issue was with the lawn. For some reason there were weeds popping up everywhere and growing ver fast! I called the office and spoke with the Assistant Manager and she informed me that they were getting rid of the old company and getting a new one...now the lawn looks great! I appreciate the mgr's being very up front with me, they always give me all the information they can and they never seem to hide anything. If something went wrong they just tell us straight out! Overall my experience here has been great! I would definitely recommend The Verandas to anyone!
