The apartments themselves are nice, but the Management is horrible. I've placed several work orders and did not get the work done, and had to keep on them several times. Also, a couple months ago, the garbage was spilling out all over the place because they only have one compactor and it broke, so they placed a dumpster in the middle of the parking lot, and there was trash and rats everywhere. Safety is a major concern here now as well, i've had packages stolen from in front my apartment, a crowbar taken to my door jam, the mailboxes are not secure and there are postings from management stating as such, there have been several reports of strange people walking around the complex knocking on doors at night in order to try and get someone to answer the door so that they can break in, there have been several car break-ins also... And through all this, I have yet to see any increase in security, not a night guard, not increased patrols... nothing. Additionally, there are so many "security" lights burned out throughout the complex that its pitch black in most areas.

I was just notified today, that they did an audit on their leases and they noticed TODAY 12/6 that I went month to month, and are demanding an ADDITIONAL $350 for the current months rent, which has already been paid as of 12/1, without any prior notification whatsoever, or an offer to extend my current lease, or sign a new one... Simply inexcusable.

Also, they state that they will not allow several types of dogs to live here, and refused to allow me to adopt an animal from the shelter because of the breed (australian shepherd) yet I've seen pit bulls, mastiffs, german shepherds, and other such "dangerous breeds" being walked throughout the complex, what gives with the inconsistency'

The management *IS* horrible! I went through a similar situation!
