Verandas at Cityview

Great Place to Live From: HappyResidentIn1434 Date posted: 6/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The Verandas are absolutely one of the best apartment values in Ft Worth. I moved here from Houston and leased my apartment sight unseen. I was very pleasantly surprised and I am very happy here. I recently lost my job with the State of Texas and the management here has been INCREDIBLY supportive and helpful to me. I don't know what I would have done without the Assistant Manager, Michelle Foster. Erica has just returned as Manager and I have not noticed any of the issues that have been mentioned in the previous posts. The grounds are maintained immaculately, maintenance is prompt and the office staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. There sounds like several people have been unhappy with the previous office staff, but the team that is in place now is great!! Give The Verandas another chance - it appears that the management company has addressed the dissatisfaction with the staff by placing some great people here. I LOVE The Verandas at Cityview and will stay here until I buy a house.
