After moving to the Verandas from a horrid apartment they are awesome. I wouldn't say that they are above and beyond any other apartments in the area but they are nice and for the most part quiet. I have had my rent check go missing but they are understanding, and they do call and check with the renter before they jump to conclusions unless you are habitually late and then you can see where as they would not be quite so understanding. There were a few breakins while I was living there but I would have renewed my lease if I I had not had to move to be closer to a new job.
