What a charming place :) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   While this complex is older I found its charm and quiet solace well worth passing up the ooo-la-la comforts of new cookie cutter high-rises! The apartment manager is the most lovely little old lady and though the repair man is a little rough around the edges he is a great repair man :) They are also careful about who they rent to so my husband and I found that all of our neighbors were mature and quiet! Love it, love it! If we were still in Texas... Victory Chateau is where we would be. *the only downside we found is that they are not very pet friendly*
