It really isn't so bad here. I moved in last July and it was very quiet, parking was great, and there are very nice amenities. Lately the apartment has become noisier and parking is a slight problem at night, but overall it is still a good place to live. My husband and I have not had any problems with maintenance, but we are moving to accommodate his job. It is a little pricey for the area, but the new manager is extremely nice and attentive to any concerns. The grounds always look nice.
