Wouldn t recommend but they aren t the worst

I'll start with parking. It's pretty good by my building and there are always open spaces. There are some areas of the complex that look like it is a nightmare to find parking at night.
Noise really isn't a problem in my building; I haven't had to listen to anyone thump their stereo, knock on wood, since I've been here.
The grounds are usually well maintained in my area of the complex; probably the nicest grounds I've seen anywhere I've lived.
Security is not so good, no it's really non-existent. I rented this apartment because I felt it would be safer and I would have less of a chance to be a victim of crime. Boy was I wrong! I had my truck broken into and my navigation system stolen. I went to the office, after I talked to the police, just to let them know what happened and the first thing out of their mouth was we're not liable. That just pissed me off cause I didn't come to them to get some money. Anyways I don't have much respect for the management. They're all pretty nice until something goes wrong then they go into a, we're not liable mode, and you get nothing done. Don't feel safer because they say they have a courtesy officer because he's just an off duty Fort Worth police officer who just gets cheaper rent to live here. I'm sure it's great if you can park next to his patrol car not so great if you don't live near him.
I'm a little mixed on the construction of my building. I've got low electric bills but my apartment occasionally gets insects invading; silver fish and earwigs. I keep a clean apt but they still get in; I think they come from the pond, or cesspool, that's behind my apt building. I haven't had any issues with maintenance.
Let s see they have a car wash but I don't recommend using it; it just doesn't have as much pressure as ones in town, and you have to get tokens for it from the office. They also have a small workout room but it's just too small for me but the equipment looks pretty good. They charge 100 dollars for a garage and they charge for covered parking I'm just not sure how much.
Overall I don't recommend this apt. I just feel the rent is too high for what you really get. In my opinion this apt isn't any better than apts I've paid 500-550 dollars for. I'm going to move when my lease is up and save 100-200 bucks. Well, I wish you luck in your apt search.
