I had a great experience there. I was in grad school and I liked the fact that it was within 10 minutes of everything, but at the same time not right in the middle of town. I also liked the fact that there were a lot of families there. I felt very safe all the time as a single young woman. It was quiet most of the time - not party central, but at the same time people were friendly and I didn't feel like I couldn't have friends over. Everything was great with my apartment - the appliances were nice and new. Everything that I looked at that was that nice was way more expensive. The only drawback was that the planes from the air force base next door flew over very low and very loud - but it only happened during the day (never at night) and it only lasted a few seconds. But overall I would recommend it!
