My husband and I moved in almost a month ago and it is awesome! We have moved alot, I should add another alot in there, but this place really is above the rest. I know we have only been here a month but you can tell alot about a place in that amount of time. First let me tell you how awesome the office staff is. They are super friendly and already know us and eberyone else that walks in there by name, they always have smiles on their faces and are very nice and will carry on conersations with you. In all the places we have lived the staff has never been this friendly. We thought that surely after we moved in they still would not be this nice to us, but sure enough they were. They were even nice to us before we moved in and came up to the complex like 5 times to change our minds on which unit or to see a different one. They were always very understanding. So first off the staff is amazing.
Secondly, the neighbors here are all (for the most part) very friendly. That is another unusual feature of the complex, the neighbors talk to you and introduce themselves. It makes you feel right at home.
Third, the maintence is awesome. Now I know we have only lived here a month so dont get the wrong idea, we havent needed them but once and it was for a minor thing... our unit is in exceptional condition and is amazing. I called the maintainence, after hours mind you, and someone called back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message with the maintainence line and told me that he would be by first thing in the morning to fix it and sure enough he was, we werent here but when we got back there was a note saying that he fixed it and telling us to have a great day. That is awesome!
Now as for everything else... We love our unit, the amenities are the best around, we have not had any issues with parking ( I only say that because in other reviews I read that alot of them had parking issues, we were going to rent a covered parking space or a garage but waited to see how it goes, and we are not even going to rent one because we have not had any problems in that are at all ). We literally looked at 25 apartments before moving in and choosing this one and none of the comlexs in the Fort Worth area are even comprable to these, yes there are some nice apartments out there and you pay just as much, but you wont get the amenities (pool, hot tub, indoor basketball court, a awesome fitness center with tons of newer equiptment so you wouldnt need a gym membership, free movie rentals in the office, and a laptop with free internet for resident use, a coin car wash on site and tons of dog stations... I know that it may not sound like an amenity to you but to us it is. LOL. They also schedule different events for residents, like ( good )breakfasts, and ect. I can also tell you the staff and neighbors here are genuinly nice and friendly.
The ONLY semi-complaint that we even have is were on the 2nd level and there is one unit above us and they have loud a loud child(ren), what I mean by loud is that the kid walks very loudly at times... or should I say runs, but it is absolutely nothing major and doesnt even compare to the loud hilbilly neighbors we used to have at our old apartment comlex.
So far so good!!!! By the way sorry it is so long, I just know that when my husband and I were trying to find the right place to live we came to this website as one of our sources and I figured this may help someone. Everyone normally comes to a website like this to complain... not to compliment so you have to take that into consideration too. Normally when things are going weel, people tend to not care to compliment, but always when things happen that they do not particularly like the will find some way to vent their frustration, so I am sure that alot of the other reviews are just out of some sort of frustration, let me tell you the positives definately outway any negatives in this community... if there even are any negatives.
