Single male 22 year old moved here about 2 months ago. I LOVE the location and the apartments are really nice. I got a good deal because I caught a great special, but I think after my lease is over the rent will go up a lot. One BIG problem is the lack of parking. If I get home after dark, I will be lucky to find a parking spot. Hard to have any friends over because no room for them to park. Other than the parking, the place is awesome. Beautiful little park area for the dogs. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Good place for families.. always kids playing in the pool or outside. Very quiet and safe at night.
Overall, good experience except for the parking.
