1200.00 taken for carpet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   I lived in Villas for 2 years and four months. I absolutely DO NOT advise anyone to live there. First off, my I-POD went missing in the office (it was new and being delivered) after someone signed for it. We had Fed Ex do a trace and Villas had it. We were never reimbursed and treated poorly. Secondly, they can have anyone come into your apartment to do anything when they chose with only 12 hours notice. Not much time to hide your personal documents. And the work staff left a mess. Thirdly and most important....We moved into an apartment with used carpeting and lived there for almost 21/2 years. We cleaned the apartment almost professionally and were very neat renters. Our deposit came in the mail...and they took all of our pet deposit and are charging us 900.00 for new carpet. The carpet is 5 years old...normal wear and tear...and we have to pay for it. DO NOT LIVE HERE! They take your money and the new staff is horrible and rude!
