1) Noisy (kids and college students)
2) Parking space problem every day, literally.
3) Apartment entrance/exit from the highway always a problem. The apt having only one narrow gate for entry and exit.
4) You do not have a choice for internet service provider, you have to enroll Ygnition High Speed Internet. This is a big NO NO for many discontinuing with this apartment community. Some one needs to seriously think about allowing other ISP into this community to atract/retain residents.
5)Too many deposits when you sign up initially. No 24 hour access to fitness center.
6) I felt that the rent is bit pricey for the floor plans and the features that you get with the property. I got another apartment, a much better community, a much better floor plan, much better in every sense and paying less than what I used to pay with this apt.
7) Not at all recommended.
