The manager TRACEY is the lowest person I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. If i would have known the service we would be provided during our stay here we would have never moved in. I had an issue with my apartment and went to her office where she proceded to roll her eyes at me and give me an attitude. All the while she was dressed like a homeless person in flip flops and sweats, looking scary with no make up and messy hair. I'm pretty sure she was hung over. Her entire staff will tell you how much they dispise her, also. I went in there once to complain about her and the girl at the front desk said, "I know. We can't stand her." Everyone in that office can't wait for her to leave. I think the company needs to seriously look at the people they have managing the office. Everyone in my building feels the same way and can't wait until our leases are up to move out. The apartments have MOLD, there's nowhere to park... and god help you if you need another gate remote because you can't get one from Tracey. DO NOT move in here. RUN FAR FAR AWAY. I'm taking pictures of everything when I move out cause I know several people who have moved and been charged an enormous amount. Everything you have read on here is true. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

This is so funny, I would love to hear more about experiences with this B*tch. You can not begin to even know how nasty she can be, believe me her type is in a class all alone.
