beginning stages of complaints & possible lawsuit

I have lived in Villas on the Green Apartments since September 2007. I should have trusted my gut the day I began to move in and found 2 inches of water on my kitchen floor. It was not put on an emergency list, and when I called to ask the manager if she had seen it.. her response was, "uh.. I don't do maintenance calls" (in a snooty tone). I am going to be filing formal complaints, and possibly a lawsuit. I will be blogging more information and status updates at: www.rentershaverights.blogspot.com. I will be gathering information from current and previous tenants in my persuit.
DO MORE RESEARCH ON VILLAS ON THE GREEN & WESTERN RIM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT prior to leasing with them. You don't have to take my word on it, there are many concerns and complaints out there.
