I have lived in Westcliff for almost a year while attending college. First off a warning: there are a lot of college students who live in Westcliff... which means the usual: loud parties late at night, in the parking lot, which never seem to end.
There are good and bad parts of Westcliff: The GOOD: the maintenance men are nice (which is good, because it seems like we've needed them a lot), the parking is open so your guests can park anywhere and so can you, no towing (which is good, but can be bad when you have no where to park late at night), the rent is pretty cheap, the inside can be pretty nice when fixed up.
The BAD: things seems to break or malfunction a lot... we have had maintenance come to fix our back gate, back door, dishwasher, and upstairs toilet. There seems to be a bit of a bug problem... mostly ants for us, roaches for others, and the exterminator barely does their job. There is no cable outlet upstairs, which they failed to tell us until after we moved in.
Overall, it has it's good and bad. It's not near as nice as other apartments... there is no safety gate, no security guard. I've liked it okay, but am ready to upgrade.
